Push ups, pull ups, planks and squats.  That. Is. It!  The four basic movements our ancestors performed during daily movements are all we need to stay firm and fit! Toss in a heathy dose of very occasional sprinting, and by occasional, I mean at most, every 7-10 days!! A little bit of lifting heavy things, say kettle bells or free weights 15 to 20 minutes a couple times a week. And sprinkling in just plain old moving your body in simple ways through out your day will vastly improve your health! Get up from that desk to pace through that conference call and most defiantly go for that walk after your family meal, not only will your kids and dog thank you, but your waistline and wellbeing will as well!

Those, are just the basics and I will be breaking them down to the brass tacks for you, but for now, that is all you need to know.  Those simple changes and movements WILL improve your health, waistline and vitality!  I KNOW, because I implemented those simple changes into MY lifestyle.  Exercising the proper way added that extra 10% to my regimen of healthy diet and proper rest to get me to my end goals and I KNOW that they will do the same for you too!

What if I told you that exercise is actually INEFFECTIVE for weight management!

I know, I know… it is contradictory to all we have been indoctrinated with:

  • exercise more, MORE, MORE! if you want to see those results!
  • the longer and more intense the cardio the more fat you’ll burn!
  • the old “calories in-calories out”
